Ghana Data Protection Commitment

Merchants using Junify are responsible for collecting and using customer data lawfully in their own stores. Junify provides the platform, security controls, access permissions, and data handling tools that help merchants manage those responsibilities professionally.

  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users

Junify Platform Terms

Use of the Platform

Junify provides tools for merchants to create stores, manage products, process orders, coordinate payments, and operate customer-facing commerce experiences. You agree to use Junify only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not harm customers, merchants, Junify, payment partners, or other users.

Merchant Responsibilities

Store owners are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, pricing, stock information, delivery promises, refunds, customer support, taxes, and compliance with laws that apply to their goods or services. Merchants must not sell prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, or illegal products.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate checkout, delivery, and contact details, use valid payment methods, and avoid fraudulent activity, abusive conduct, or attempts to interfere with store or platform operations.

Payments, Payouts, and Settlements

Payments, mobile money collections, USSD flows, payouts, and settlements may be processed through third-party providers such as Moolre, Hubtel, and Paystack. Processing times, fees, reversals, settlement status, and provider availability may depend on those partners, telecom networks, banks, and regulatory requirements.

Access and Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity performed through their accounts. Junify may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we detect misuse, fraud, security risk, legal risk, non-payment, or activity that could damage the platform or its users.

Service Availability

We work to keep Junify reliable, but the platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, network issues, security events, or circumstances outside our control. We may update, improve, or discontinue features as the platform evolves.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, goodwill, or payment delays caused by third-party providers or external networks.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to remove such information.

Changes to This Notice
